A career built with his hands

Started in construction
Gio began construction work, early on taking part in a house build from plans alongside a general contractor — learning how a project moves from drawings to a finished structure.
- Northern NJ
Add-a-level projects
He later worked on add-a-level projects in Northern New Jersey — taking existing homes and extending them upward, work that demands careful planning, framing, and coordination.
- Today
Tampa Bay & Pasco County
Gio provides property maintenance and construction services in the Tampa Bay and Pasco County area. He reads plans and performs work from rough framing through finish carpentry, including cabinets and trim.
Why Gio teaches
Gio sees how much young people gain from building something real with their own hands — confidence, patience, and the kind of problem-solving that doesn't come from a screen. He started this program to give homeschool students a structured, safe place to learn practical skills that last a lifetime.
Gio is the lead instructor. We do not claim he is a Florida certified teacher, and we make no credential claims beyond the construction experience described here.
